Retail Order Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within seven days of your order delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please include a note specifying your order number. 

Please note that we do not accept any returns or issue any refunds. We happily offer exchanges.

Exchanges of LILY and LAURA® bracelets purchased at a boutique or other retailer location will need to be handled by that specific location.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Order Packaging

In your order of LILY and LAURA® bracelets, you will receive one organza bag with one card for every three bracelets.  Please include a note while viewing your cart if you would like more bags, more cards, or have additional special requests.

In your cart, under the product pictures, you will see a gray link that says “Add a note to your order.” Click there to add special instructions or comments.

Shipping

Free Shipping within the United States with a purchase of 3 or more bracelets.

Free First Class International Shipping on all orders of 3 or more bracelets.

Order Arrival
Most orders are prepared and shipped on the same or next day. 

LILY and LAURA® ships all packages via USPS from Florida. 

USPS shipping time is usually 3-5 days.

Our responsibility for loss in transit ends when USPS marks your shipment as "delivered".  Please make sure that you use a secure delivery address.   

International Orders

If we are shipping to another country please be aware that there may be customs charges due associated with the shipment.  You are responsible for paying any import charges that may occur related to your shipment from us. 

Changes to your order
We can not cancel or make any changes to an order after it has shipped.  If you need to change or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible at 941-966-6500.

Can't find the bracelet you are looking for on the website?

While our bracelet selection is constantly changing, we attempt to keep our best-selling bracelets in stock at all times. Bracelets that are no longer visible have sold out. Please complete your purchase as soon as possible because supplies are limited. Placing a bracelet in your cart doesn't guarantee it will be available at the time of checkout.
